Alice Deals 270(+90% Total Magic Power) points of Magic Damage to nearby enemies, immobilizing them for 1.2 secs, then the enemies will be slowed for 0.8 secs.

 Blood Ode

CD: 30.0 Mana cost: 135

Queen of the Apocalypse enters the blood-sucking state for the next 5 secs, dealing 160(+70% total Magic Power)
points of Magic Damage to surrounding enemies every 0.5 secs while restoring 80(+30% Total Magic Power) HP for herself. If the target is non-hero unit, restores 70% of HP.
